Refund Policy

Fox Websolution and its owning company Octavio Technologies believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal refund policy. Under this policy:

Any deposit/advance payment made to us for project initiation is fully refundable if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order.
However, the refund request will not be entertained if the project has already been initiated and/or service has been rendered.No advance deposit will be refunded in any case after this period.

Once your web application has been completed the final payment is due. however we do not want you to pay for it until you have reviewed the work and are pleased with what we have created for you in our development server. You will normally have 3 business days after completion to do this. At that point the remaining balance is due.Until the work is paid in full, Octavio Technologies will keep hold of all rights to both digital and non-digital material created for the project.

A partial refund request can be made on delivered projects/works if you are not 100% satisfied with delivered product.You may notify Octavio Technologies within 15 days from the date of your final payment.
If we cannot resolve your concerns to your satisfaction, we may issue a partial refund based upon: the nature of the project, any necessary expenses already paid, the terms and specifications outlined in any contracts pertaining to said project, and any additional factors that may be relevant.

Octavio Technologies reserve the right to decide whether a partial refund is applicable if requested by the Client for any reason on delivered works. A partial refund on delivered work is not guaranteed by Octavio Technologies, but possible provided Octavio Technologies decides upon this option. If your account has been cancelled by us due to a breach of the terms and conditions on your part, you will not be eligible for a refund. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.Refund will be issued but its decision solely depends on the findings of Octavio Technologies financial & technical department.

Octavio Technologies maintains exclusive copyright for all files, images, text and intellectual property rendered and/or distributed by our company at all times until the date of final delivery to you, the client. If a client disputes a monetary charge within 6 months of the delivery date, Octavio Technologies reserves the right to reclaim all aforementioned items and the client agrees to immediately relinquish any and all rights and possession to any and all materials they have received from Octavio Technologies. Failing to do so or distributing any content, files, materials, plans or any other items they have received from Octavio Technologies would make all refund requests null and void.

Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full such as installation service and technical supports.

Cancellation of Project Development
If the consumer wants to cancel any project, the request should be given in writing to Octavio Technologies with an authorized signature. If for any reason, project is cancelled before completion, no advance deposit will be refunded.

Suspension in Project Development
If for any reason, consumer wants to suspend project development, a request must be made in writing to Octavio Technologies with an authorized signature. No delay can exceed a 45 day period. Any project delay lasting longer than 45 days will be considered cancel by Octavio Technologies and the advance deposit will be not be refunded unless, the request to restart the project is given in writing between the involved parties before the end of the 45 days.

Octavio Technologies reserves the right to change or update this policy, our services, or our prices without liability.

Requests for a refund should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund. Please make sure your request does not contradict our Terms and Conditions.
A refund is issued to you upon receipt of a Waiver of Copyright signed by you.
